My responsibilities include: Ambassador of Joy, Creative Consultant, Chief Tester of Fun, Team Motivator, and Brand Advocate.

My name is Whitley Toof. I have been a registered nurse for 8 years. I have been with Pinnacle Performance Care since the beginning and currently do this as my full-time job. I have an amazing family of 5. When I’m not working, I’m studying to get my nurse practitioner. I love all of the new people I get to meet and am blessed to be a part of Pinnacle Performance Care's growth.

My name is Gaby Chavarria, and I bring 8 years of healthcare experience, primarily in Labor and Delivery. I’m passionate about serving my community and am grateful to assist the Hispanic community as a bilingual provider. When I’m not delivering babies or doing mobile IVs, I’m with my kids or family, enjoying sports and balancing my two fulfilling jobs. I’m thankful to Pinnacle Performance Care for welcoming me to their wonderful team, and I look forward to helping you or your loved ones in the comfort of your home.

Hello, my name is Threta Davis. I have been in the Corporate Management World over 20 years for Alcon Labs, Inc. Additionally, I have been a Sr Project Manager at Novartis Inc. for over 14 years. I have been with Pinnacle Performance since the inception. My goal is to support Pinnacle Performance Care by doing whatever is asked of me. My love is spending time with my family, parents, children and grandchildren. I am excited for the New Year! Lots of clients to care for, co-workers to work with to elevate the healthcare mission of Pinnacle Performance.

Hey! My names Carli, I have 18 years experience in acute care, 4 years as an LVN and 14 years as an RN within the ER. While I love direct patient care I also specialize in ultrasound IV’s and PRN charge nursing. I have been married for 22 years and I am a proud mother of 3. I also have 3 dogs that are just as much family as my children, 2 wiener dogs and an Italian mastiff! On my down time I spend taking my children to do what they love, dirt bikes. We spend 2-3 days training and chase their dream across the states! Personally I love to cook, bake and be a little crafty! I also love a good adventure for some personal down time. I am excited to expand my knowledge and skill to provide IV infusion for our surround area! My goal is to bring infusions to my moto families and meet to people within my community!

Nursing has been a passion of mine for many years and I have been blessed to do it. I have a beautiful little family and my free time usually involves chasing my girls around. We enjoy traveling to new places and creating memories. I’m thrilled to be a part of the Pinnacle Performance Care family and provide care to you and your loved ones.
