As Junior Partner, my primary role is to bring joy, curiosity, and creativity to the family business. I'm a key member of the team, inspiring everyone around me with fresh ideas and an energetic attitude. My responsibilities include: Ambassador of Joy, Creative Consultant, Chief Tester of Fun, Team Motivator, and Brand Advocate.

My name is Whitley Toof. I have been a registered nurse for 8 years. I have been with Pinnacle Performance Care since the beginning and currently do this as my full-time job. I have an amazing family of 5. When I’m not working, I’m studying to get my nurse practitioner. I love all of the new people I get to meet and am blessed to be a part of Pinnacle Performance Care's growth.

My name is Brayden Chandler, I have several years of healthcare experience in endocrinology, emergency medicine, and pediatrics. My passion for health and fitness has allowed me to care for clients in the hospital setting and through Pinnacle Performance Care. I understand what it takes to turn your health around as I have experienced my own 80 pound weight loss journey. In my free time I enjoy playing golf, exercising, and hanging out with friends. I look forward to serving you and your wellness needs!

Registered Nurse

I’m Lyndsey, I’ve been working for Pinnacle Performance Care for 4 years. I have been an RN for 11 years with a back ground in Emergency Room and most recently Vascular Access where I spend my nights putting in PICC lines and Midline’s. I am a mom of 3 crazy children and a wife to a fantastic husband. Nursing is my calling, I love helping my patients and being able to provide positive change during a persons most vulnerable time in their life. I’m here day and night to help the ones in need.

My name is Gaby Chavarria, and I bring 8 years of healthcare experience, primarily in Labor and Delivery. I’m passionate about serving my community and am grateful to assist the Hispanic community as a bilingual provider. When I’m not delivering babies or doing mobile IVs, I’m with my kids or family, enjoying sports and balancing my two fulfilling jobs. I’m thankful to Pinnacle Performance Care for welcoming me to their wonderful team, and I look forward to helping you or your loved ones in the comfort of your home.

Hello, my name is Threta Davis. I have been in the Corporate Management World over 20 years for Alcon Labs, Inc. Additionally, I have been a Sr Project Manager at Novartis Inc. for over 14 years. I have been with Pinnacle Performance since the inception. My goal is to support Pinnacle Performance Care by doing whatever is asked of me. My love is spending time with my family, parents, children and grandchildren. I am excited for the New Year! Lots of clients to care for, co-workers to work with to elevate the healthcare mission of Pinnacle Performance.

Hey! My names Carli, I have 18 years experience in acute care, 4 years as an LVN and 14 years as an RN within the ER. While I love direct patient care I also specialize in ultrasound IV’s and PRN charge nursing. I have been married for 22 years and I am a proud mother of 3. I also have 3 dogs that are just as much family as my children, 2 wiener dogs and an Italian mastiff! On my down time I spend taking my children to do what they love, dirt bikes. We spend 2-3 days training and chase their dream across the states! Personally I love to cook, bake and be a little crafty! I also love a good adventure for some personal down time. I am excited to expand my knowledge and skill to provide IV infusion for our surround area! My goal is to bring infusions to my moto families and meet to people within my community!

I’m Robin Bell, a registered nurse of 30 plus years, with a vast variety of experience, most of that achieved in the rural hospital emergency room setting. I am honored to be a team member of Pinnacle Performance Care, serving the North Central Texas area. I’m excited to help provide wellness options, to clients, that are searching for non-traditional settings. My husband and I enjoy traveling and creating memories with our family. I look forward to serving you and your wellness needs from the comfort of your home. We are here to support and empower your wellness journey.

Hello, my name is Samantha Milligan and I am the newest team member with Pinnacle Performance Care. I am graduate of Tarleton State University and currently a full-time emergency room RN and a PRN hospice nurse. As a patient-focused registered nurse I have a passion for learning and growing professionally in all healthcare environments. In my spare time I enjoy watching my kids excel at their sports activities, learning pottery, traveling the country and spending as much time outdoors as I can. Flowers and gardening are a passion of mine and spring is my favorite season. I am excited to start this new journey with mobile IV therapy and look forward to helping my patients feel their best.
